Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC)
On April 17, 2019, Venture Global Delta LNG and Venture Global Delta Express submitted a pre-filling request to the Federal Regulatory Commission (FERC). The FERC accepted the request on April 30, 2019, setting in motion the environmental review process. Delta LNG and Delta Express were assigned docket number PF19-4-000, and fillings can be found and read in full at the FERC’s website.
Regulatory Permits and Approvals
Delta LNG and Delta Express have worked with the U.S. Department of Transportation, U.S. Coast Guard, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Louisiana Department of Environmental Quality, Louisiana Department of Energy and Natural Resources, and various other agencies of the State of Louisiana and local governments to obtain all necessary permits and approvals for operation.
